Description: My Hero Academia: All’s Justice is a 3D arena experience where you are immersed in the culmination of an epic battle between heroes and villains, from the first skirmishes to the final war for the fate of the world. The game covers the final arcs of the anime with a genuine love for the series, featuring over 50 characters, from Deku and Bakugo to supporting characters like Gently Crime. Each hero uses their Superpower in their own way: some rush into battle directly, others deftly maneuver or set traps. The combat system has become faster and more dynamic than in previous parts, with clear counter-attacks, “Rising” boosts and destructible arenas.
The central mode is the story of the Final War, which is presented through a mixture of beautiful cutscenes and static frames, in places reminiscent of a slide show, but saved by all the original dubbing in English and Japanese. You play through key moments as different characters, but the final chapters become gruelingly difficult: the AI is almost irresistible, the enemy damage is enormous, and defeating you restarts the entire multi-minute battle from scratch. It ruins even the most touching scenes, replacing pride in victory with relief that it’s finally over.
But Team-Up Mission adds variety: you wander around the city, complete small tasks, increase the rank of the hero and explore the surrounding area using unique movement abilities. Here you can simply swing on the ropes like Deku or soar in the air with Urakaka. If you’re a MHA loyalist, the game makes a worthy gift.
