Join the grand journey, as more than 500 kilometers of railway tracks await you, created on the basis of real-life roads. In SimRail – The Railway Simulator, players will be able to choose their own route from ready-made options or create their own to visit several picturesque places in one session. Give preference to completing missions where you are limited in time, or explore regions in sandbox mode, making as many stops as you see fit.
The project opens a new era of railway simulators, because in addition to the fact that you will adventure through eras as a driver, you will also be able to try yourself as a dispatcher. Use the tools available to plan schedules, coordinate different teams, and remember that even with a clear plan, you are not protected from unplanned breakdowns and unexpected situations. React quickly to all changes and do not let them affect the operation of the station.
Multiplayer support allows you to both create and join existing sessions as one of two roles. You have to work together as a team of driver and dispatcher to achieve common goals, and realistic changes in weather and time of day, together with in-game communication, will set the atmosphere necessary for immersion.
