Description: ROUTINE is a dark sci-fi horror game from the first person, set on the abandoned lunar base Union Plaza in the aesthetics of retrofuturism of the 70s and 80s. You are a nameless engineer in a bulky spacesuit, awakening in the midst of silence, snatches of emails and hints of a disaster that the corporation chose to hush up. There is no map, markers or even a HUD – just your memory, hearing and a single tool: the Cosmonaut Assistance Tool (CAT), which combines the functions of a scanner, key, flashlight and weak weapon.
Gameplay is built around intense interaction with the world: you connect to terminals in real time, repair power circuits, decipher clues in old notes, and control the CAT like a real analog device – with buttons, modules, and even screen degaussing. Every action requires time and attention, especially when there might be a Type-05 around the corner, a robotic hunter whose heavy steps and sudden stops keep you in constant fear. Light comes at the cost of a narrow field of view, and a shot from a CAT quickly drains the battery – running is safer than fighting.
The atmosphere here is the main antagonist. Dimmed corridors, neon-glittering offices, the crackle of old speakers and the creaking of metal bulkheads create the feeling of a living but sick place. ROUTINE doesn’t scare you with cheap jump scares – it makes you afraid of silence, shadows and even your own steps. This is a horror game where every detail – from broken screens to the sounds of automatic doors – works for tension.

How to start the game:
