Description: Pioneers of Pagonia is a cozy city builder with a focus on supply chains and organic settlement expansion. You lead a group of colonists landing on procedurally generated islands, where every tree, stone and iron vein becomes a building block for your empire. Unlike many games in the genre, there is no rigid construction grid: roads meander between the hills, and barns fit into the landscape as naturally as if they were built by generations of local residents.
The gameplay is tied to logistics: lumberjacks send logs to the sawmill, stonemasons turn boulders into blocks, and blacksmiths forge swords to provide protection from bandits and fantastic creatures like werewolves. All buildings are available from the very beginning – progress does not depend on technology research, but on access to resources. The detailed simulation adds a special charm: you will see how porters carry planks to a construction site, hunters butcher deer carcasses, and merchants transport goods to neighboring villages.
The game combines cartoon aesthetics with kinetic life: smoke from chimneys, flashing tools in the hands of workers, thieving “robbers” stealing supplies straight from warehouses. Military skirmishes are automated (squads patrol the areas around watchtowers), but this is compensated by the depth of the economy: for example, silver gives access to magical weapons, and friendship with NPC villages improves trading conditions.

How to start the game:
