Description: Hozy is a simulator where you transform abandoned rooms into cozy corners, going from dirty windows and old floors to a perfectly furnished space. The game offers nine levels, each with its own story: you don’t just arrange furniture, but as if you are sorting through someone else’s memories, opening boxes with personal belongings – photographs, paintings, trinkets. There are no hard and fast rules here: you can hang a lamp on the ceiling, put flowers on the closet, or leave the sofa right in the middle of the room. If you want chaos, there will be chaos. If you want harmony, create it yourself.
Before decorating, you need to do a little work: remove the stained wallpaper, wash the windows, paint the walls, replace the floor. Every action is felt: the paint dries before your eyes, traces of the rag remain on the floor, the plants sway slightly in the draft. The visuals are a half-myth between realism and soft style, and the sound design from the author of the Stray soundtrack creates an atmosphere of real hygge: silence, light wind noise, the click of a switch, smoothly increasing music. The camera is sometimes capricious, but this does not interfere, but rather reminds us that the game is still breathing and developing.
Hozy is not about giant choices, but about moments of silence and small joys. This is not a show of force, but an invitation to slow down. Complete the level – take a photo at an angle, like in a magazine. Have you changed your mind? Go back and do it all over again. Just rest.
