Description: Absolum is a dark fantasy roguelike that combines the brutal combat of a beat’em up with leveling up and constant respawns. The action takes place in the world of Talam, where magic was banned by the Sun King Azra, and nature is destroyed by darkness. Your goal is to free Uchawi, the living embodiment of the spirit of nature, and restore balance. To do this, you will fight your way through mines, sewers, forests and fortresses, destroying enemies and collecting abilities that will change the course of each new attempt.
You play as one of four heroes: an elf mercenary, a dwarf boxer, a mechanical assassin or a frog wizard – each with a unique style, weapons and powerful Arcana abilities. The combat here is intense, dynamic, with perfect feedback: hits are felt, combos are built smoothly, and the “overload” mode allows you to literally throw enemies from edge to edge of the screen. Defense, dodging, counterattacks – everything works smoothly, especially in co-op, where two players can pass the enemy to each other through the air, like a ball.
With each defeat, you return to the sanctuary, where you upgrade your basic parameters through the improvement tree. Progress is saved between runs, but key elements – abilities and routes – change each time. You can choose a path through the burning village or bypass it, meet new enemies, secret bosses, even the descendants of defeated opponents. The visual style is a mixture of Mike Mignola’s graphics and Marvel comics: clear black outlines, rich colors, an atmosphere saturated with darkness and magic.

Installation procedure:
