Description: Star Trek: Voyager – Across the Unknown is a tactical strategy game with elements of survival and roulette of fate, where you take command of the Voyager ship in the distant Delta sector. A journey of 12 chapters awaits you, each step is a choice between survival and morality, resources and risk. You have to manage dozens of indicators: from dilithium reserves to the crew’s mood, from compartment repairs to scientific research. Every decision has a price, and every delay in the sector puts pressure on morale – take too long and there will be a riot.
The game is built on text interactions, reminiscent of an interactive novel with elements of FTL and Mass Effect. You send teams to planets, make decisions under pressure, weigh the odds of success, and face the consequences, be it a poisoned crew or the loss of a hero. Battles for ships are rare but intense: you distribute energy, select targets for torpedoes and use the abilities of key characters.
You can follow the canon or go astray: save Tuvix, get unique technologies, or even return home in a couple of minutes. Yes, the game is not perfect, but this is precisely its charm – like a series, it suffers from imperfections, but breathes the spirit of adventure. For real fans, this is almost sacred.
