The events of the game take place in the vastness of Europe in the 11th-15th centuries, and in the story you will play the role of a ruler who will have to take responsibility for the development and management of those very lands. You will have to manage your lands, deal with economics and politics, participate in battles and do much more. In other words, you definitely won’t be bored.
Well, first of all, it would be worth saying that in Manor Lords the developers paid special attention to realism and recreating the atmosphere that actually reigned during the Middle Ages. As already mentioned, the events of the game take players to the lands of Europe of the 11th-15th centuries, and I would like to note that Europe is depicted here so realistic and appropriate to that time that it is difficult to imagine. Here you will find realistically recreated architecture of that time, medieval bloody battles, and problems of that time.
Realistic changes in weather and seasons also take place. Moreover, literally everything here, without exception, depends on the weather, the season, the conditions and situation in the world. For example, it will not be possible to grow millet here in winter.
The landscape also plays a very important role in everything. As was the case in reality, what the harvest will be like depends on the landscape, how difficult or easy it will be for the enemy to attack the settlement, and more.
Plus, in Manor Lords you will have to take part in realistically recreated tactical battles, controlling troops and individual units, resorting to tricks and maneuvers, and using a variety of tactics. Fight, survive, and make your lands truly prosperous.
