Description: Dustwind: Resistance is a tactical sandbox of the post -apocalypse, where each shootout turns into a chess game with machine guns. There are no “correct” solutions here – only the choice between a sniper rifle for a barricade and a diversion with a gas tank. Lead a detachment of desperate survivors (and a devoted Diesel dog), placing traps, putting turrets or just crushing the raiders with an armored jeep.
The game masterfully balances between impromptu and thoughtful combinations: you can freeze the time to arrange orders, but one incorrect team – and your sniper will be in the ring of enemies. In comparison with the first part, innovations are immediately noticeable: redesigned pumping mechanics, dozens of types of weapons with a unique “weight” and location, where each destroyed refueling or the plant tells the history of this cruel world.
The plot about the simple farm of Jake, which embarks on the path of resistance, does not catch a scale, but with details – when, during the break between shootings, you have to repair a generator or feed the same fighting dog. And with the editor of the cards and the built -in support for the Steam workshop, your personal apocalypse can last endlessly.
