Description: Carmageddon: Rogue Shift is a crazy race through the scorched lands of the apocalypse, where victory goes not to the fastest, but to the most brutal. The series returned a decade later, but now with a new approach: instead of the usual sandbox, it’s a roguelike with a branching grid of events, where each run could be the last. You fight your way through storm drainage tunnels, abandoned airports and construction sites in races, death runs and survival challenges. The goal is simple – get to the spaceport and escape from this nightmare. But the way there is strewn with explosions, debris and zombie crowds that give a speed boost if you run over them.
Combat here is not an addition, but a basis. The vehicles are armed with rockets, machine guns, shotguns, and you don’t just ram your opponents – you spray them into parts with precise volleys. After each event, you can visit the merchants: buy weapons, modify equipment, repair the body, or take bonuses that enhance collisions. Continuous improvements accumulate between attempts – even failure brings progress. And if they do burn to the ground, a golden ticket (obtained from loot box expeditions) will save you from a complete reset. Yes, the system is harsh: you lose – and again from scratch. But this is precisely what keeps you in suspense.
Yes, the tracks are linear, the cars seem to float, and old fans miss the dark humor and pedestrians. But the excitement of destroying bosses like Bullzerker, the chaos on the track and the constant desire for “one more race” do not leave you indifferent. This is not classic Carmageddon. But this is his crazy, explosive heir.

Starting the game:

Changing the language along the path ..Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv157\Win64 in the steam_emu.ini file change the line Language=english to Language=russian (do not forget to save the file after changing)
