The events of the game take place a hundred years after the end of the previous game, and already tell about the fight against the new threat – ilitides. These are representatives of a unique, but at the same time terrible and dangerous race. These creatures multiply, instilling in representatives of other races of special parasites. Now they began to capture the local world, and you will become one of those captives who were unlucky among the experimental ones who are implanted in the same parasite. Your task now consists not only in saving the world, but also in your own healing, which means that you will have to hit the road and find the one who can get rid of the parasite and cure you.
But you will have to start here with the creation of the hero that you will play. By the way, you can create your completely unique hero who will belong to the race you have chosen and have unique abilities and bonus characteristics. But you can also choose a hero from the list of finished characters in the game.
As for the gameplay, it is quite simple in Baldur’s Gate 3 and is based mostly on the same mechanics that were in previous games of the series. That is, you will again explore different locations, perform tasks and assignments of different characters that you will meet during the trip, you will develop and pump, and also, get a group of heroes that will fight with you shoulder to shoulder.
