The first arc, Goblin’s Revenge, follows the goblin Kataki, who is consumed by a thirst for revenge after losing his friends to a dreadwolf attack. His fate changes when he learns that his sworn enemies now live in peace with the hobgoblins in Tempest. The second arc, State of the Righteous, introduces a mysterious theocracy that fanatically worships angels and sees Tempest as a threat to their beliefs. They seek to gain the power of the Storm Dragon, which puts them on a collision course with Rimuru and his allies.
Your town is more than just a place where events unfold. Over time, the small village under your control will grow into a powerful state.
