Description: Driving Life is a hardcore survival driving simulator in the American outback, where every dollar counts and every ride is a challenge. You start with nothing: you arrive on a remote island, check into a run-down motel and wait for a call from the owner – he will give you your first job. Drive a minivan, pick up tourists from the ferry, carry cargo, but remember: gas, rent and food also cost money. One mistake in calculations and you are bankrupt.
Everything here requires skill. Cars with a manual transmission are unforgiving of mistakes: you need to feel the clutch and change gears on time, especially on winding roads and dirt roads. The more complex the vehicle – from compact cars to heavy trucks – the more control is needed. No hints or GPS: you navigate by map, like in the 90s, and learn the routes yourself. Each task is a step towards stability, be it delivery, postal route or transportation between terminals.
Survival is not just about the road. Living in a motel, cheap food, car repairs, a week’s rent – everything is pressure, but it forces you to be attentive. Yes, the controls may seem cumbersome and the interface old-fashioned, but that’s where the charm lies: the game doesn’t simplify, but challenges. If you are ready for a realistic simulator where both driving skills and a head on your shoulders are important, this is the place for you.
