Description: Zemsky Sobor is an atmospheric adventure action game that takes the player to the troubled years after the Time of Troubles, when Rus’ again stands on the edge of the abyss. Cossack Kirsha, the hero of recent battles with the Polish-Lithuanian invaders, dreams of leaving blood and fires behind, but fate decrees otherwise. Conspiracies, intrigues and secret murders pull him back into the whirlpool of events, where the fate of the entire power is being decided.
Moscow has not yet recovered from the war, the streets are full of rumors, and the throne is still empty. To choose a new king and save the country from chaos, a Zemsky Sobor is convened – a meeting of representatives of all cities and classes. But while there is a struggle for power in the capital, the enemies of Rus’ are raising their heads again. Kirsha will have to go through a series of tests: uncover spy networks, fight treacherous enemies, investigate crimes and prevent unrest from breaking out again.
The player will be immersed in the authentic atmosphere of the 17th century – with believably recreated streets of Moscow according to the “Sigismund Plan” of 1610, inspired by Vasnetsov’s paintings, and carefully detailed costumes, weapons and life of that era. “Zemsky Sobor” offers variable passage of missions – decide whether to act openly or covertly. The improved combat system gives room for tactics, and interaction with the world makes each adventure lively and unpredictable.
