You are an nameless racer who challenges the rivals to the joke of the expressive – the maze of tracks with steep turns and sharp changes in heights. There is no finish line in the usual sense: you can win by overtaking the enemy and breaking his will. Each rival is part of the story, from small street racers to team leaders, whose cars reflect their character. The choice of the initial car, such as Toyota AE86, sets the tone for your path, and meetings with such eccentrics as a pizza delivery man in a tuned car, add the game of an absurd charm.
Racing in Tokyo Xtreme Racer is not just a race, but a real duel. The unique mechanic SP-battles turns the speed into a weapon: each has a scale of the spirit that melts if you lag behind or crash into an obstacle. Before the start, you can look at the map and choose where to look for opponents, and tips from other riders in recreation areas help to track down those who are hiding.
