Description: I Am Your Beast is a fast-paced first-person shooter that invites players to immerse themselves in a world of revenge. You take on the role of former secret agent Alphonse Harding, who has decided to abandon his past in order to live in peace. However, his former colleagues from the Coalition of Operational Initiatives (COI) do not want to let him go so easily, and you will have to fight with their troops to defend your freedom.
The main feature of the game is its fast-paced gameplay. Each level is a compact arena where you need to destroy all enemies using weapons picked up from opponents. The game encourages experimentation with different ways to destroy enemies, be it a direct attack, sniper shots or using traps. Thanks to the comic style and dynamic action, players feel like a real hunter who must not only survive but also outwit his pursuers.
The gameplay also includes a lot of fun and unique mechanics. For example, you can pick up weapons on the fly, combine attacks, and use the environment to destroy enemies, like in barrel explosions or trap encounters. Despite the lightness and humor that permeates the game, its difficulty increases as you progress: enemies become stronger and missions become more difficult, which keeps the tension constant.
The storyline is told through dialogues between Harding and his former boss, Burkin, who is trying to bring the hero back into the ranks of the COI. These conversations fill the game with drama and show the confrontation of two strong personalities. Although the game does not have a lot of levels and can be completed in a few hours, its replayability and speed make up for this, especially for fans of time games or those who are trying to get high marks for completing missions.
The game’s graphics are stylized, and the atmosphere of intense battles in the forests of North America forces the player to be constantly on guard. Overall, I Am Your Beast is a great game for those who appreciate fast-paced battles, original missions, and the opportunity to test themselves in high-speed battles.
