Description: Hotel Owner Simulator is a business simulator and true hotel empire builder where you start with a run-down motel and turn it into a chain of luxury hotels. Everything is important here: from the color of the wallpaper in the rooms to the price of the minibar. Do you want to create a luxury penthouse with gold toilets? Please. Are you dreaming of budget capsules for backpackers? Also an option. The main thing is not to forget that guests can be picky: one will be outraged by a stain on the carpet, another will start a scandal because the towels are not fluffy enough.
The gameplay is a mix of creativity and routine. First, you draw the layout, arrange the beds, and even choose the shade of the curtains (yes, this does affect the rating). Then comes the turn of less glamorous tasks: collecting garbage, washing clothes and persuading guests not to run away without paying. Bargaining is especially fun – some clients are willing to pay exorbitant prices if you slip them a glass of champagne on time. You can also hire staff, but be prepared for the fact that the cleaners always “forget” mops in the most unexpected places.
The game resembles a bright cartoon: the guests are animated with humor (here is a businessman yelling into the phone, and here is a tourist taking a selfie in the elevator mirror), and the interiors look as if they were designed by a designer with a keen sense of style. Hotel Owner Simulator does not pretend to be real, but it makes you feel like the owner of a resort – where every day brings new challenges, funny situations and, of course, profit.
