The world plunged into chaos a long time ago, was destroyed and practically destroyed, after which people united and began to create cities of the future, megacities, and you will go to the vastness of one of these megacities. But this city is not as simple as it seems. Bloody tyrants have power over him, robots suppress any resistance, the system is ruthless.
You will play the role of a certain robot that was supposed to carry out the orders of the system, but instead acquired a “glitch” that made the robot independent. Now you control the robot and can do whatever you want. And believe me, it will be very difficult. You have to uncover the secret of the shadow city, learn about the true plans of the tyrants, and try to overthrow them.
Naturally, the game does not limit the player to the plot process. Here you can carry out side tasks, solve various problem situations, deal with bandits and drug-corrupted gangs, and more. Moreover, in some cases you will also have to make decisions on which the further development of the storyline will depend. For example, you will have to decide in one of the situations whether to kill the thug or leave him alive – perhaps in the future he will even become your ally, and ultimately play an important role…
By the way, the world here is really huge. It is divided into four independent districts, each of which has gangs, its own unique locations, unusual places and events. And in Glitchpunk you will find several unique endings, and how and how your story ends will depend only on you and on your decisions made during the game.
