Description: Demolish & Build 3 is a construction company management simulator where players take on the role of the owner of a demolition and construction company. Your goal is to develop the business, starting with a small plot and a modest garage, and gradually build a real construction empire. In the game, you will carry out contracts for the demolition and construction of various objects, which will allow you to earn money to buy new tools and equipment.
The gameplay is focused on dismantling old buildings and constructing new ones. You will have access to a variety of tools and machines to complete tasks: from hammers and drills to excavators and bulldozers. Every object in the game is completely destructible thanks to an advanced physics system: it is enough to remove several key supports of a building for it to completely collapse. Elements of buildings interact with each other, creating a realistic picture of destruction.
As you complete contracts, you will expand your fleet, hire workers, and manage your company’s finances. Management includes purchasing new land, building offices, and optimizing your employees. This adds strategy elements to the game, as you will not only have to manage the destruction process, but also develop your business.
The technical side of the game stands out with detailed destruction physics and the ability to control large construction equipment from both first and third person. All this makes the process of destruction and construction interesting and exciting for simulator lovers.
