Description: Beyond Good & Evil: 20th Anniversary Edition – Expect improved graphics with 4K resolution and 60 frames per second. Characters, environments and movements feel more alive than before, in addition to the audio, which has also received an upgrade, including re-recordings with a live orchestra, making the game sound better than ever.
Beyond Good & Evil follows the story of a young reporter named Jade and her attempts to unravel the mysteries and conspiracies behind the invasion of the planet Hillys. This planet is inhabited by a mix of species, from humans to humanoids. Jade herself lives on a lighthouse island with her uncle Pey’Jem. When Jade’s home is threatened by aliens, she finds herself drawn into an adventure. Now, with the help of her trusty weapon: the Dai-Jo, Jade must save the planet by going on an adventure, collecting pearls, upgrading and unlocking new gear, dealing with bosses and bad guys, solving puzzles, and even participating in hovercar races and mini-games, all while recording the action on her camera.
Beyond Good & Evil: 20th Anniversary Edition will also add a bunch of brand new content, including new rewards. The game will also feature a treasure hunt mode that will unlock once Jade gains access to a spaceship, allowing her to explore more of her past. There will also be a speedrun mode, which essentially removes the ability to save the game and forces you to complete it as quickly as possible.
