Description: Soulmask is not just another survival-crafting game, but a real anthropological expedition into a world where ancient masks grant power over bodies and destinies. You start out as a fugitive from a tribe who accidentally finds an artifact that allows you to “possess” other people – from peaceful gatherers to elite warriors. Each new “carrier” brings unique skills: one is skilled with a bow, another speeds up construction, and the third increases the chances of extracting resources. But be careful – the death of a subordinate means the loss of a valuable ally forever, unless you cloned his DNA in a special chamber.
The game world is amazingly detailed: jungles with jaguars ready to jump from trees, ruins with the mechanisms of a forgotten civilization, tribal camps that can be plundered or… led. The crafting system is a separate quest: to create a steel sword, you will first have to find clay for the furnace, then mine coal and only then smelt the ore. Fights require tactics – shields block attacks, heavy weapons break defenses, and incorrect calculations will lead to the fact that you will simply be trampled by numbers.
