Description: Storage Hunter Simulator is a game about passion and entrepreneurial spirit, where each auction lot is a lottery with the opportunity to hit the jackpot or go broke. You start with a beat-up pickup truck and a laptop to bid on, but soon you’ll be able to open your own pawn shop and even get a truck to transport large finds. The life of a warehouse hunter isn’t all about the ringing of coins: you go through the junk in your winning box, find an old safe (locked, of course), take it to a locksmith, and inside is a stack of rare vinyl records from the 70s.
The trading mechanics are a special pleasure. AI opponents behave unpredictably: either they are blown away after a couple of bets, or they drive the price into the sky for a box with incomprehensible rubbish. After the victory, the most interesting part begins – taking inventory. Some things can be immediately sold to a pawnshop (this lamp in the shape of a naked angel is clearly someone’s “treasure”), others require an appraisal from specialists – from antique dealers to gunsmiths. It’s a special thrill to restore a rusty motorcycle or repair a vintage record player, increasing their value many times over.
Visually, the game doesn’t shine with detail, but it conveys the right atmosphere: half-empty warehouses with dusty boxes, where you can find anything – from collectible coins to… no, we’ll skip the body in the trash can today. The store system adds strategy – you need to balance between selling quickly and hoarding to maximize profits. Although you will be disappointed a couple of times: for example, when a long-awaited auction item turns out to be a set of empty bottles. But a real hunter knows that the next warehouse will definitely bring good luck!
