Description: Hunted Within: The Walls is an intense first-person horror game where every day is an attempt to find a way to salvation, and every night is a fight for survival. You wake up behind tall concrete walls, without memory, without a past. Before you is a labyrinth infested with monsters, and the only exit leads through the darkness. During the day you can explore: wander through the forests, look into abandoned buildings, look for resources and drawings. But as soon as the sun goes down, everything changes. The enemies are out hunting, and now the main thing is not to run, but not to get caught.
The labyrinth is full of dangers. Scorpions jump at you in the forest, lizard scouts lurk in the catacombs, and at night Scornborn appears – a huge, fast creature that will kill in a second. You can only survive with your mind: hide, go around, use smoke bombs that you make yourself from scrap materials. Weapons are crafted – axes, brass knuckles, blades – everything is improved, modified by fire, poison, electricity. But even the most powerful ax will not save you if you do not have time to dodge. It is not strength that is important here, but composure.
To get out, you need to reveal the truth. Artifacts – three rare stones – are hidden in different parts of the labyrinth. To get to them, you will have to start generators, open gates, and complete tasks. Meeting a doc, old man, scientist or blacksmith can provide a clue or a new skill. Who is behind this nightmare? Why are you here? There are answers, but you will have to pay for them in blood. Do you move on – or give in to darkness?
