The game invites you to go back in time and find out how a legend is formed from a frivolous thief. The game’s plot unfolds through lively fireside conversations between Arsene Lupine and the writer Maurice Leblanc, who became the chronicler of his adventures. Stories of clever thefts, thrilling escapes and cunning tricks immerse you in the atmosphere of early 20th century Paris, where Lupine’s enchanting style and unrivaled skill will delight you.
The game unfolds from two perspectives: Lupine and his eternal adversary, Detective Ganimard. As Lupine, you’ll infiltrate luxurious mansions, solve complex puzzles, and take on different guises to evade the police. The task is to always stay one step ahead, using the entire arsenal of tricks and charm. On the other hand, as Ganimard, you’ll find yourself on Lupine’s trail, collecting clues, interrogating suspects, and trying to predict his next move. Thanks to this change of perspectives, the story gains volume and allows you to look at iconic stories from different points of view.
